From Dream to Destination
Four Leaves was founded by Michael Madigan & Eamon Donnelly, two visionaries who brought together heart, heritage, and hospitality to create something special in Park Ridge, NJ. What started as Michael’s passion project took shape through persistence, unexpected challenges, and a fortunate connection to Eamon, an industry veteran with over 15 years of experience running upscale restaurants in New York City.
Together, they turned a simple idea into a 3,500-square-foot gastropub that blends elevated dining with the comfort of a neighborhood favorite. Every detail—from the old-world brick to warm wood floors reflects their shared commitment to quality and atmosphere.
